What a spiritual journey. I usually just drive by and not really look at the homes on my street. Now that I pray for each home, I am beginning to see more, and care more for my neighbors.
My husband and I live in Rainbow, and our streets are too steep to walk at our age. We ride our horses. We've been doing this a while now and began putting a little note attached to our neighbors mail box letting them know that we prayed for them today. Last week a person called me and asked if we'd pray for the health of her husband, he was feeling ill. We feel blessed to be part of this ministry, it really works!
Last week on my walk I had three 'Divine appointments'. Praise God! One asked me to pray for her, and she may come visit my church.
I went out for the first time yesterday. I thought it would be weird to do this, but I actually enjoyed it.
I walk this area every day and pray! It feels so good. Many people wave as I pass.
My friend and I walk the dogs together everyday, but I never thought about praying for people as we walk by. At first it felt weird to pray for people I don't even know, but now it's something I look forward to and enjoy doing.
